Inputs include procedure type, patient risk profile, budget range, preferred destination, language requirements, and desired travel timing. The model weights factors including accreditation tier, surgeon volume for the specific procedure, patient satisfaction scores, complication rate data, international patient department quality, and accommodation proximity. Output is a ranked shortlist of 3–5 hospitals with supporting rationale.
