Acules does not sell personal information to third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information - including your name, email address, health-related information, or any other data you provide - to third-party data brokers, advertisers, or any other commercial entities in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration.

We may share data with service providers who assist us in operating the Acules platform (such as cloud infrastructure providers, analytics services, and email delivery services). These service providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to Acules.

We may also share data with partner hospitals when you initiate a consultation or request a quote - this sharing is necessary to provide the services you requested and is not a “sale” of personal information under CCPA.

To exercise any of your California privacy rights, including to request that we:

• Provide information about our data practices
• Delete your personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Provide a copy of your personal information
• Opt you out of any future sale or sharing

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We may require the authorized agent to provide written authorization signed by you, and we may verify your identity directly even when an agent submits the request.
