The same procedures, at the same quality of care, at JCI-accredited hospitals in India, Thailand, Mexico, or Turkey, cost 60–80% less. Acules makes that option visible, accessible, and safe.

Built to Solve a Real Problem
Acules was founded in 2024 and headquartered in the United States. The platform launched publicly in 2025 with a network of JCI-accredited hospitals across India, Thailand, Mexico, Turkey, Singapore, and the UAE.
We are a team of healthcare professionals, technologists, and patient advocates who have experienced firsthand the gap between what healthcare costs in the US and what the same care costs elsewhere. Acules is our effort to bridge that gap - not by compromising on quality, but by making global quality accessible.
Today, Acules covers 500+ hospitals across 20+ countries. We serve individual patients, employer groups, unions, and health plan administrators. Every partner hospital in our network holds JCI accreditation. Every patient gets a dedicated coordinator. Every cost is disclosed before any commitment is made.
