Senior Software Engineer
Full Stack - Next.js / FastAPI
What You'll Do
- Design and build features across the Acules web platform (Next.js App Router) and backend API (FastAPI/Python)
- Collaborate with product and design to ship patient-facing features including the comparison tool, cost calculator, and coordinator platform
- Own end-to-end quality: unit tests, integration tests, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring
What We Look For
- 3+ years full-stack experience with React/Next.js and Python or similar backend
- Experience with relational databases and API design
- Product sensibility - you think about user experience, not just code
Patient Success Coordinator
Patient Coordination & Support
What You'll Do
- Guide patients through the Acules process from initial consultation through post-procedure follow-up
- Build all-in cost summaries and coordinate with partner hospitals to confirm quotes and availability
- Coordinate travel logistics, medical records, and pre-operative requirements on behalf of patients
What We Look For
- Background in healthcare, patient services, or care coordination
- Exceptional communication skills - you are the patient's primary advocate
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple cases simultaneously
Hospital Partnerships Manager
Hospital Network Development
What You'll Do
- Source, evaluate, and onboard JCI-accredited hospitals in target regions (Asia-Pacific or Latin America)
- Manage ongoing hospital relationships: quality reviews, pricing negotiations, and operational coordination
- Develop region-specific market knowledge and represent Acules at medical tourism industry events
What We Look For
- Experience in healthcare partnerships, hospital administration, or medical tourism
- Existing network in APAC or LATAM healthcare preferred
- Fluency in English required; additional languages (Thai, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi) a strong advantage
Growth Marketing Manager
Demand Generation & Brand
What You'll Do
- Own patient acquisition channels: SEO, paid search, content, and email - from strategy to execution
- Develop B2B marketing campaigns targeting employers, health plans, and benefits consultants
- Build and analyze marketing funnels, identify bottlenecks, and optimize conversion across the patient journey
What We Look For
- 3+ years growth or performance marketing experience, ideally in healthcare or fintech
- Proven SEO and content marketing results
- Data-driven: you make decisions from analytics, not gut feel
