1. Your Rights

- Right to Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Right to Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

2. How to Submit a Request

- Your full name as registered with Acules
- The email address associated with your Acules account
- The type of request (see Section 3)
- Any relevant context or specifics about your request
3. Request Types
We accept the following types of data requests:
- Access: Receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data. Note: some data may be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data in your profile.
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (e.g., JSON or CSV).
- Opt-Out: Opt out of marketing communications, analytics tracking, or other specific data processing activities. See also our Cookie Preferences and Do Not Sell pages.
4. Response Timeline
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and provide a full response within 30 days of receipt. In complex cases, we may extend this period by up to an additional 30 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension before the initial 30-day period expires.
5. Identity Verification
To protect your data and prevent unauthorized access, we are required to verify your identity before processing most data requests. We may ask you to:
- Confirm access to the email address on your account
- Provide additional identifying information consistent with our onboarding data
If we are unable to verify your identity, we may decline the request and explain why. We will not use identity verification information for any purpose other than processing your request.
